In the year 1973 Mr. K. V. Anderson, the superintendent of Mead High School,
is boarding a space ship at the Mead Airport leaving on a tour of the world to visit
the members of the class of 1953.
Getting out his binoculars he notices that the ship is to make its first landing in
South America. Here he sees aredheaded woman on the campus of a leading college
in Brazil and recognizes her as Faith Carlson.
The ship resumes its flight making its next stop at Hawaii. As he walks down the
beach he sees a row of neat little cottages and out in front of one is a mother caring
for her five little tots. This is none other than the former Ardis Johnson.
Crossing back over the ocean he sees a large carrier ship and with his binoculars
he recognizes the Captain to be Millard Barlow.
As the ship moves on, thetownofSalt Lake City comes into view and he decides to
visit QJie of the leading high schools where Violet Berghis the leading instructor of
the music department.
Entering into the vast country of Texas he comes upon a huge ranch where he stops
to visit the former Bonnie Johnson now the wife of the wealthy Don Gaeth.
He leaves now for Florida to continue his visits. He comes to a large chemical
plant where Gary Widman has just made an amazing new discovery, H20.
He now stops in New York to relax and attend the Metropolitan Opera where
recognizes the star as Anna Leaf formerly of Mead High.
On his trip to Paris his ship almost crashes into a jet plane. A quick glance
indentifies the pilot as Myron Sagert, .the Air Force Hero.
He lands in Paris and begins a tour of the famous city. As he passes throughone
of the great fashion shops he recognizes the leading designer to be none other than
the famous Lila Johnson.
From here he goes to Germany to visit . the former Kaye Daharsh who is with
her husband, a general in the army. They have just become the proud parents of
triplets.
As he nears the end of the journey he comes ~ Washington D. C. where he sees
the former Ailene Coyle watching a Hot Rod Race with her four tots. They are all
anxiously watching their father who is driving one of the hot rods.
The ship flies over a large sheep ranch where Mr. Anderson notices the owner
and recognizes him to be Gilbert Drews.
His last stop is a large hospital in Illinois. He is taken on a tour of the hospital
by the head nurse, Lois Anderson.
Pleased with what he has seen on his journey, Mr. Anderson returns home safely
to M.H.S.
