Our boys worked hard for the recognition
they received this past year. An impressive
record was exhibited at the end of the sea-
son. Among the memories of football sea-
son are the first Homecoming, which was
celebrated October 19, with a decisive
victory over our opponent, Waterloo, 46-0,
and the trophy which our boys received at
the Husker Ten Conference play-off at Cer-
esco. Indeed, we should be proud of the
members of the winning team we exhibited
last year. We were honored to have Ken
Peterson and Paul Svoboda place on the All-
Conference football team, and Jim Lange-
meier and Bob Swanson received honorablr
mention. Darrel Charles placed on the
second team.
