Mead High's Annual Awards Banquet was
held April 26 in a Hawaiian annosphere.
Outstanding a wards of the evening were
presented to Jim Langemeier, "Outstanding
Boys Athlete", Jackie Barta, "Outstanding Girls The 1963 F.F.A. Sweetheart was an-
Athlete", Kaye Johnson, "Outstanding Achieve- nounced by Boyd Hageman, President
'llent in Music", and "Outstanding Commercial of the F.F.A. as Ruth Svoboda, her
Student", Diane Stange "Outstanding Dramatic attendants were Gay Gustafson, and
Student", John Evans, "Outstanding English Deanne Carlson
Writing", and Deanna Hanson "Outstanding
Leadership".

1963 JUNIOR-SENIOR PROM

The dance was held in the
gym with a band group
playing.

A banquet was held May 11,
1963 in the Lutheran church
basement to open the evening's
Prom celebration.
Deanna Hanson The prom dance took place
and Boyd Hage- in the gym with a local band
man ascend the group furnishing the music.
