PASSED AWAY FOLLOWING
A LENGTHY ILLNESS.
Byron was born Sept. 1,
1957 in Omaha, son of Mr. &
Mrs. Roger Swanson, but lived
all his life with his grandparents
Mr. & Mrs. Merrill Swanson of
Mead. Byron started kindergar-
ten at Mead where he continued
going to school until his death.
In high school Byron participa-
ted and lettered in football and
basketball, and worked on the
newspaper and yearbook staff.
After school he enjoyed hunt-
ing and baseball.
