Having inherited 10 million dollars from her husband. Mrs. Savage is
determined to use the money for a memorial fund for her husband giving
the money to the people who have always had a foolish dream but
never the money to fulfill it. Her stepchildren are just as determined to
stop her. As a result the battle between Mrs. Savage and the children
who place her in a sanitarium called "The Cloisters" leads to many
humorous situations.
