  Omaha World Herald All-state D-1  Football team - defense   Following  the  O.M.  recognition,  Supt.  George  Robertson  presented
  Lincoln Journal -Star All-state D-1 Football team - defense   Presidential  Academic  Fltness  awards  to  Megan  Anderson,  Regan  Else,
  Fremont TriblUle 2nd team All-area football team     Jason Lee, Aaron Nygren and Adam Petersen.  These students all scored in the
  Associated press All-State D-1  Football team defense.   80%  or above on  standardized  tests.  Darsey  Moline,  Linsay  Robertson  and
  Scholar Athletic A ward                              Nicole Zaugg were close to the 80% and received Extra Effort Awards.
  Nick Nicola - ECNC All-conference football team defense.   Another very  distinguished  award  handed  out this  year was  the  Citizenship

  The Mead Elementary School recently held their awards program to honor the
  hard  work  of  many  students.  The  elementary  gym  was  full  of  energy  as
  students awaited the announcement of their names.
  The  First  award  was  a  Book  It! Award  which  was  presented  by  our PTO
  president,  Linda  Bontrager.  The  students  receiving  the  award  were:  First
