PER~ONAL &E~T~

Track is not only about competing with other schools, but also about
competing with yourself. This is best measured by personal records.
HoNoR~ "I would say there have been a lot of personal bests set this year,"
said Coach Kim Brigham. Many of the students also said they felt

3200 meter run The team has approximately 16 first-time members. Even though
they have never been members before, they have greatly helped
the team this year. A fair amount of these members have scored
several points in the field events, helping the team get off to a good
start during the meet. This encourages the team to work hard and
usually come out with a high placing overall at the meet.

The track team had a number of goals this year, some of which
included work together as a team, cheer others on, and improve
meet to meet, both as a team and as individuals. "One of many
goals for the team this year was for everyone to improve from meet
to meet, " said junior Logan Luetkenhaus.
