"THE PERFECT IDIOT"
"The Perfect Idiot" is a three-act comedy that takes place in
Midville U.S. A. It deals with a boy genius and his devious scheme
to get his parents to let him go to college. He makes a deal with
Jackie's friends-if they help him become popular and successful in
high school, he will help Puff pass his exams so he can participate in
the big track meet with Centerville. Both ends of the deal are kept
and Dan gets to go to college but now has decided he wants to stay
home with his friends and Linda. He then flunks the entrance exam
with a perfect ZERO and becomes the "Perfect Idiot". He goes to
college anyway with Linda and keeps all his friends.
