Mead Raiders Capture 2nd In State Ratings

The Raiders finished the season with 23 wins and 2 losses. The first loss occured
in the finals of the E. C. N. C. tournament with Yutan . The score was 46 -45. Fol -
lowing this the Raiders came home with victories in the Districts and Regionals
which meant that State was next . The Raiders were matched with Adams in the
first game. The Riaders led throughout most of the game until the last few seconds.
Adams pulled ahead and won 73 to 69.
