BAND
The Mead Raider marching bond did exceptionally well this
year for being the smallest competing marching bond in their
class in Nebraska. At the Malcolm Bond Contest, the little red
and white bond received a number one rating; which is a supe-
rior job. At Pershing they received on excellent. The bond trav-
eled to Oakland-Craig for District Contest at which the follow-
Ing was received:
Stage Bond-Excellent
Contest Bond-Superior
Flute Duet-Excellent
Saxophone Quartet-Superior
Trumpet Trio-Excellent
Flute Solo-Superior
Clarinet Solo-Superior
Saxophone Duet-Excellent.
All around the year went great for the Mead Bonds.
