CHORUS FINISHES YEAR WITH DISTRICT SUPERIORS
Mead Senior High Chorus was host to the ECNC Chorus
In November _ About 200 singers performed. Director
was Donovan S<huler of Omaha Westside. The Senior
High Chorus song for the Mead community three times
Twentv seniors song "Friends" at Graduation, while
undergraduate Junior Senior High Chorus song " Walk
a little Closer, Mv Friend''. District honors Include
straight superiors for mixed girls and bovs choruses.
girls ensemble, and Usa Nygren, J1m Sowyer,ond Bill
Dieckman for solo's. Receiving excellents were girls'
duet and soloists Lisa Edlns and Tim Hannon. Chorus of·
fleers : Usa Nygren, President; Usa Edins. Vlce-Presl·
dent; Ailsa Adams, Secretory. The Junior High Chorus
was on elective class for the first time this year .
