      BOYS SPORtS:




    The Junior High Boys  sports  teams were  consis-
   tently successful throughout the school year.
    The 8th  grade football  team  put together  a  5-2
   record,  losing  only  to  Clas   v\'ahoo  Public  and
   Wahoo Neumann  teams.  In  their first year of orga-
   nized football,  the 7th grade team finished  the year
   0-3.  The eighth graders all  agreed they had a  fairly
   good season.
    Botl1  tl1e A and B basketball teams had successful
   sea  ons.  The A  team  finished  the year with  a  6-4
   record. During a game at Omaha Central-Christian,

   also had a winning season, finishing the year 4-2.
    This year wa  particu larly  special  for  the  8th   Max Boldra, Zach Wellman, Kevin Rasmussen, Paul Armbrust, Steve Dunn.
   grade, as it would be their last season playing togeth-
   er in junior high school. Kirk Sake stated- "It was a
  Yery emotional season because it was our last junior
   high season."
    The junior high  uĀ·ack  team  had  many standouts
   tl1is season. While participating in  Lhe ECNC, Yutan,
   and Wahoo track meets,  these young men  brought
   home many high placings.
