It's not about how you start, but how you finish! This year the Knights were 2-9 in regular
season games. They finished the season with a two game winning streak. The team had seven seniors
who took pride in leading the team and expecting nothing but the best from all players. The Knights
• did just that having five players get ECNC awards. Senior Justin Drake and Junior Caleb Marlatt were
named first team, and Seniors Austin Drueke, Zach Lindsey and Jaden vonRentzell were named honorable
mention. The Knights had three players named to both Lincoln Journal Star and Omaha World Herald all state
honorable mention, and they were Justin Drake, Caleb Marlatt and Jaden vonRentzell Zach Lindsey was also named
all state honorable mention by the Lincoln Journal Star.
