!This year the Lady Knights held a record of 16-14. The team was made up of 22 girls: three seniors, two juniors, eight
sophomores, and eleven freslunen. Although the team was young this year, the girls learned how to work together, put in a lot
of effort, and proved just how talented they were. Some of the players on this year's team earned awards at the end of the
season, recognizing them as standout athletes in the district and state. Senior Abby Meyer was named to the ECNC Volleyball
first team, freshman Lauren Justesen was named to the ECNC Volleyball second team. Senior Whitney Koehn, and sophomores
Sydney Kunz and Nicole Meyer were all named to the ECNC Volleyball honorable mention team. Abby Meyer, Sydney Kunz
and Lauren Justesen were all named All-State Honorable Mention. Finally, senior Whitney Koehn and sophomore Sydney Kunz
were both awarded Academic All-State Honors.
