The Mead girls basketball team put
together their best season this decade,
despite a difficult schedule. The Raiders fin-
ished the year with a record of 15 and 9, and
made it to the state basketball tournament
for the first Lime in seven years. The Raiders
began their season 5-0, which was one of
their preseason goals. It was also the best
start for any team under Coach Poltack's
guidance. Mead was a 3-point shooting team
this season. The Raiders broke the school
record for most 3-pointers in a game, 9, and Back Row (I tor): Andrea Guylc, Lindsay Robertson, Megan Anderson, Katie Deerson,

77.2%. She is second for most points in a
season, 432, most points in a career, 1163.
