Senior Sneak

Sneaking to Denver

The 7 996 Senior Class took a sneak trip to Denver.
CO. The class went to Lincoln to board the Amtrak
train. After an eight hour train ride trying to sleep in
not so comfortable chairs. the class finally arrived in
Denver at approximately 7 0:00 a. m. After dragging
their luggage to the Mariott Hotel. they boarded the
bus for Coso Bonita. There they enjoyed Mexican
food and watched skits and amazing dives from an
inside waterfall. Next they headed to the Denver
Museum of Natural History. They enjoyed a nap at
the P/aneterium. walking through exhibits. the four-
story !MAX Theatre and eatmg at the Denver Buffalo
Company. There they enjoyed the humor of a singmg
comedian and even strutted their stuff on stage. The
seniors went back to their hotel and enjoyed swim-
ming.
On Saturday they went to Elitch Garden amuse-
ment Park. ate. and then boarded the train to return
home. The seniors arrived back at home at 6:00 a.
m. tired but happy with their last trip together as a
class.
